But really I'll be showing an in-process duet with the lovely dancer Kristen Calder. Even without the mask, the dance still deals with FEAR as a major theme.

The Third Life shared choreographer series curated by the Kelley Donovan is always diverse and interesting. A great way to see what's going on in the Boston scene, meet some folks, talk dance. Dance For World Community This Saturday, 6/8!

Jose Mateo Ballet Theater's annual Dance for World Community Fest is a beautiful event. I've enjoyed going to as a spectator for several years now, and this year I have a quartet of dancers performing a new quartet, "Find me in the Dance Floor." To music by electronic music artist Mark Fell ( http://www.markfell.com ), the piece goes deeply into the roots of why we enjoy losing ourselves to dance.
